We Work Where You Work

Every city has a few streets that feel like they remember something. Downtown Austin has plenty of them.Old stone buildings, tall windows, sidewalks that have seen more than a hundred years of foot traffic. That's where our truck was parked for this job, right in the middle of it all.
It's a good reminder of something we think about a lot. Austin isn't just skyscrapers and new construction. It's historic buildings, older homes, and businesses tucked into spaces that have been standing for generations. Keeping those spaces comfortable takes the same care and know-how as any brand new build, sometimes more.

  We Work Where You Work

Whether it's a historic storefront downtown or a newer home out in Cedar Park, our trucks show up ready. We handle AC repair and installation, heating, emergency HVAC calls, ductwork, indoor air quality, ductless mini-splits, and energy efficiency upgrades. We also take care of commercial refrigeration for businesses that can't afford downtime.

Older buildings can bring their own quirks. Tight mechanical spaces, older ductwork, systems that were installed before some of our techs were born. We've seen it, and we know how to work with it.

A Specialty Not Everyone Offers

One thing that sets us apart is
wine cellar climate control. It's a specialty service, and it takes a different kind of precision than standard HVAC work. Whether you've got a cellar in a historic Austin home or a newer build out in Georgetown, keeping the temperature and humidity steady matters, and we know how to do it right.

Proud to Serve the Austin Area

From downtown Austin to Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, and Pflugerville, we're out on the road every day, taking care of the people and buildings in this community. Old or new, big or small, we treat every job the same way, with real care and real know-how.

If you're in the Austin area and need HVAC or refrigeration help, give Coats Mechanical
a call. We'd love to be the crew you trust.
